Gateway Project Management is an authorized builder for Robertson Building Systems.  We have sold and installed buildings from 3000 to 150,00 square feet throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.  Not only do we have the experienced manpower for the building installation but also the foundation, slabwork, exterior finishes and interior fitout. 

Required for the 20 year Weather Tight Warranty we also employ roofers certified by MBCI.  Gateway Project Management can also supply and install steel building components for repair or retrofit from not only MBCI but from all the major manufacturers.

We utilize state of the art software for our estimating, scheduling and job closeouts.  This provides the tools to assist the client in maintaining their budget, keeping the project on schedule and a painless project closeout.

This building is actually a pre engineered structure.  Utilizing a split face block wainscoat and EIFS cladding to the roof no one can tell that it is not a conventional steel frame or masonry building.  This type of construction resulted in a significant savings to the owner.
